To create a culturally integrated organization to identify, unify, support, and service the cultural

non-cultural needs of the various Native American lndian peoples, their descendants and
organizations
residing within the state of New Hampshire and surrounding areas.
History
New Hampshire Intertribal Native American Council was formed in 1993. To create a culturally integrated organization to identify, unity, support, and service the cultural and non-cultural needs of the various Native American Indian people. their descendants and organizations residing within the State of New Hampshire.

Culture
New Hampshire Intertribal Native American Council holds several Pow Wow gatherings through out the year. Pow Wow's are open to the public providing an opportunity to learn cultural traditions and promote a positive image relating to all Native American Peoples.
To provide services and resources to assist all Native American peoples that have been assimilated into the general population of New Hampshire so that they may live without hunger, to be clothed, and to have proper housing, and to experience the spiritual and cultural awareness that is part of the Native American heritage.
To create a cultural center and library to preserve the spiritual and cultural heritage of native American peoples of the state of New Hampshire, develop educational and cultural programs teaching history, legends, lore, religion, language and culture of the Native American peoples.
To support other Native American tribal councils, groups, and organizations in their efforts to preserve and promote Native American culture and concerns.
To work with local, state, and national organizations to provide enterprise and to establish opportunity for indigenous Americans and to promote Native American owned and operated business, service, manufacturing, or other industry.
To collect and receive funds by way of gifts, contributions, grants, subscriptions, or other legal means consistent with the law and purposes of this organization as well as engage in other charitable purposes in this State.
To reach out and provide services as a clearinghouse for the dissemination of information relating to all Native American peoples.
